A privately owned cottage located only 0.1 mile from The Lower Shin Pond Public Beach. The Lower Lounge can sleep up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms & 4 queen beds. -Nightly base rate begins at $299/night and includes up to 3 guests. -Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under). -Price does not include 9% Maine Lodging Tax. -2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you). -This cottage is NOT pet friendly. -A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking. -For more, please see our POLICIES page on our website.
