Lodging Policy (Scroll down for Camping Policy)

Check In Policy: Check-in 4 P.M. Please check in with us at the Front Desk in the Main Building before arriving at your cabin.

Check Out Policy: Check-out 11 A.M.

Please inquire about early check-in or late check outs, though a fee may be associated.

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all reservations. A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends during peak seasons.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance due on your reservation is collected 14 days prior to your arrival.  Adjustments can be made on the day of your arrival based on the number of guests.

No Refunds for early departures.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our size and the seasonality of our business even a single cancellation has a profound impact on our ability to re-book cancelled units and keep rates as low as possible. Although deposits are non-refundable we do encourage guests to use their deposit towards a future reservation as long as the cancellation and rebooking is made at least 14 days prior to the original arrival date.

Guests who cancel within 14 days of their expected arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Rates: Each cabin has its own base rate associated with a number of adults. Additional adults are $25/person/night. Children (under 18 years old) are $15/night/child. Final rate is calculated at Check In and is based on the number of adults, children, & pets.

Pets Policy: Your pets are welcome. There is a $25 per pet per night fee. Maximum of 3 pets. We love ours and enjoy traveling with them too. However, we do ask that you bring what will make them comfortable while away from home such as kennels, dog beds etc. and keep them off beds and furniture. Pets must be leashed at all times. Please be considerate of all and clean up after your pet.

Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Smoking: All Cottages and Guest Suites are Non-Smoking. If it is determined that units were smoked in, we reserve the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee.

Camping Policy

Check In Policy: Check-in 12 P.M. Please check in with us at the Front Desk in the Main Building before arriving at your site.

Check Out Policy: Check-out 11 A.M.

Please do not drive nails into trees, cut trees or deface Shin Pond Village property in any way.

Please leave campsites clean and fireplaces empty.

State law prohibits the discharge of gray and black water into the ground.

Please observe quiet time from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. (Pre-approved functions such as weddings may go later than 11:00 P.M.)

Guests are to leave their Cottage or Suite clean with dishes washed and put away. (We reserve the right to charge up to $100 cleaning fee)

Any damages should be reported immediately. (An estimate of repairs will be prepared and billed to you.)

Pets Policy: Your pets are welcome. 
Pets must be leashed at all times. Please be considerate of all and clean up after your pet.
