The Waters Edge House is a privately owned camp on Lower Shin Pond. This house includes; four bedrooms (which includes 4 kings and 2 queens) and two bathrooms along with spacious living quarters.
-Nightly base rate begins at $399/night and includes up to 4 guests.
-Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under).
-Price does not include 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
-2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you).
-This cottage is NOT pet friendly.
-A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
