Check In Policy: Check-in 4 P.M

Check Out Policy: Check-out 11 A.M.

Deposit Policy: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  A minimum stay may be required during weekends and/or peak seasons.

Cancellation Policy: Due to our size and the seasonality of our business even a single cancellation has a profound impact on our ability to rebook cancelled units.  Although deposits are non-refundable, we do encourage guests to use their deposit towards a future stay if booked within a year of the cancellation.

No Refunds for early departures.

Children: Children (under 18) are $15 per child, per night. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets Policy: Your pets are welcome.  There is a $15 per pet/night fee.  Maximum of 2 pets.  We love ours and enjoy to travel with them too, however we do ask that you bring what will make them comfortable while away from home such as kennels, dog beds etc. and keep them off beds and furniture.  Pets must be leashed at all times.  Please be considerate of all and clean up after your pet.

Smoking: All Cottages and Guest Suites are Non-Smoking.  If it is determined that units were smoked in we reserve the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee.

Please do not drive nails into trees, cut trees or deface Shin Pond Village property in any way.

Please leave campsites clean and fireplaces empty.

State law prohibits the discharge of gray and black water into the ground.

The Loon’s nest TV/Social Room is for your pleasure, please keep it clean.

Please observe quiet time from 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. (Pre-approved functions such as weddings may go later than 11:00 P.M.)

Guests are to leave their Cottage or Suite clean with dishes washed and put away.  (We reserve the right to charge up to $100 cleaning fee)

Any damages should be reported immediately.  (An estimate of repairs will be prepared and billed to you.)
